We distinguish two types of training activity performed by our company, namely:

• Solution/Product Training
• Industry Training
  

Solution Training
When we refer to solution or product training we’re dealing with training courses that are prepared specifically to teach users to use our solutions or our products to their best ability. Such training is normally supplied as part and parcel of an implementation, and is customized to that client’s specific needs. We may run refreshers courses at a later date to bring users up to scratch or to train new staff.


Industry Training
We also cater for more generalized industry training. In this instance we prepare courses based around the client’s needs taking into account specific objectives, with emphasis on electronic security. An example of this would be, if a major client wanted to implement a CCTV solution throughout the organization and would like to prepare staff to accept this new tool, learn to take full benefit of its presence and understand how it functions and even how to operate it.
